RateGain’s UNO Channel Manager was named Trip.com Group’s Favoured Connectivity Partner for the third year running.

The award was handed out at Envision 2026, an event Trip.com holds for its partners. What makes this particular recognition stand out isn’t just the win itself, but the fact that it’s happened three years in a row, which points to a working relationship that’s stayed strong rather than being a one-off.

In simple terms, it’s a system that helps hotels manage their room rates, availability and inventory across hundreds of booking platforms, all from one place.

Right now, it connects to more than 700 demand partners globally, Trip.com being one of the biggest names among them.

The platform also uses AI to update room rates and availability in real time, which cuts down the manual work hotels would otherwise need to do every time demand shifts.

That’s the piece Trip.com specifically pointed to when explaining why they picked RateGain again this year.

Ashish Sikka, who leads the UNO business at RateGain’s, said the company’s focus going forward is on making this connectivity smarter, not just reliable, through continued investment in AI tools that help hotels make better distribution decisions.

Bruce Du, Chief Product Officer of Accommodation Business at Trip.com Group, echoed that sentiment, saying the award reflects consistent performance and innovation from RateGain over the years.
