A fresh video allegedly showing a minor girl being harassed at the Mandar Parvat tourist site in Banka surfaced online on Friday, days after the Jamui and Samastipur incidents, making it the third such incident reported in Bihar in a week.

Sharing the video, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav attacked the Bihar government and said that the “law and order in Bihar is on its deathbed!"
