Hindu religious leaders visit Khwaja Banda Nawaz Dargah in Kalaburagi

Four Hindu religious leaders from different mutts visited the Dargah of Hazrat Khaja Banda Nawaz Gesudaraz in Kalaburagi on Thursday and paid their respects, highlighting the region’s tradition of religious harmony and coexistence.

Sri Channabasava Mahaswamiji of Dodda Hunase Kalmath in Savanur, Sri Nijagunananda Mahaswamiji of Bailur, Sri Guruling Mahaswamiji of Akkimath and Basavalinga Swamiji of Muguliya visited the Dargah Sharif and offered floral tribute at the shrine.

The swamis were received by Syed Mustafa Al Hussaini and Syed Aqib Hussaini, younger brothers of the Sajjada Nashin of the Dargah. They made arrangements for the religious leaders to offer ziyarat at the shrine.

The swamis offered Gul-e-Aqeedat, a floral tribute, at the shrine and participated in the Fateha. Later, Mustafa Al Hussaini also accompanied the swamis on a visit to various parts of the Dargah Sharif and explained its historical and architectural significance, heritage, and important features.

The swamis expressed appreciation for the warm welcome and hospitality extended by the Dargah representatives.
