According to a report by Mid-Day, Kazi has resumed work on Vamshi Paidipally’s directorial venture and has joined the unit for a crucial train fight sequence being filmed at a set in Mumbai. The sequence is said to be one of the major action blocks in the film.Kazi underwent a heart procedure in early August and was subsequently on the road to recovery. His return comes as the team works on an elaborate train-based action sequence featuring Salman Khan’s character taking on a group of antagonists.

The report stated that the train sequence is technically demanding, involving extensive movement and precise coordination. Additionally, the report mentioned that Parvez’s familiarity with Salman’s mannerisms and approach to each action beat makes his presence particularly useful during the shoot, which is currently underway at a set in Aarey Colony, Goregaon.The latest development follows reports from August that Kazi had undergone a minor heart surgery after feeling unwell at home.

His manager had clarified at the time that he had not suffered a heart attack and was recovering after the procedure.

Kazi’s absence throughout August and early September meant that Salman reportedly had to perform several of the film’s set-pieces himself. The film is being mounted as a large-scale action entertainer, with several demanding sequences forming an important part of the shoot. His credits with the superstar include ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ (2015), ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ (2017), ‘Race 3’ (2018), ‘Bharat’ (2019) and ‘Dabangg 3’ (2019). Mid-Day has previously reported that Kazi has worked with Khan since ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, including on several action-heavy projects. His familiarity with Khan’s physicality, movements and screen presence has made him an important part of the action filmmaking process, particularly for scenes involving long shots, back shots and stunt coordination.

Salman Khan and Nayanthara headline ‘Monster’

‘Monster’ is reportedly being directed by Vamshi Paidipally, with Nayanthara set to star opposite Salman Khan. The film is being mounted as a pan-India action entertainer, and reports have indicated an Eid 2027 release. The project was earlier referred to by the working title ‘SVC63’, while ‘Monster’ has been reported as its current title; the makers have not yet formally announced all details.Around 50 days of work are reportedly still left on the film, with the ongoing schedule focused heavily on action and crowd sequences.
